This evaluation tool allows a board member to really see the different aspects of the superintendency [sic] and get to see the whole picture or big picture of what’s going on and how well or how not well the superintendent may or may have not done that year. It really makes it easy for everyone to understand what is being evaluated, how, and ultimately, what the final rating is.
