“The process previously would take months from beginning to end with the board. This process basically took the board less than a month to complete. it allowed the board to concentrate more on business other than the superintendent’s evaluation which is nice.”
“For myself, it really forced me to be even more reflective with the gathering of evidence to support my self-reflection and ratings, and then it allowed the board to look at those as well as documents they may have provided in their reflection on how I did this year. So, it’s really freed up more time to do the things that we’re supposed to be doing which is concentrating on the kids.”
