Reflecting deeply together in the evaluation process is critical to the growth of the professional and the organization. Using the SuperEval tool, the evaluation process is driven by leadership standards, personal and evaluator reflections and evidence to support the discussion. A year of work is captured in the tool, visibly illuminating the accomplishments and successes of the administrator. It also affords opportunities for discussion about areas of growth in the upcoming year. Rich and generative conversation permeates the evaluation process, cultivating excitement about what happened in the prior year and what the future holds. We loved the opportunity that this tool offered us as an administrative team.
