SuperEval and Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators Continue Strategic Sponsorship to Support School Leadership Across the Commonwealth

September 3rd, 2025

Harrisburg, PA – September 2025

The Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators (PASA) and SuperEval, a national leader in online leadership evaluations, are proud to continue their strategic sponsorship into the 2025–2026 school year. Since first collaborating in 2018, PASA and SuperEval have worked collaboratively to provide Pennsylvania’s school leaders with innovative tools and resources to strengthen evaluation, foster collaboration, and promote effective leadership practices.

Through this partnership, PASA members—including superintendents, central office administrators, and other educational leaders—have access to SuperEval’s web-based platform, which streamlines the evaluation process, promotes evidence-based reflection, and aligns leadership goals with district priorities. The platform helps administrators engage in meaningful conversations about performance and growth while creating a clear, documented record of leadership progress over time.

“This partnership reflects shared organizational values and a commitment to empowering education leaders with tools that make a measurable difference,” said Dr. Michael Horning, Jr., Group President of SuperEval. “Since 2018, our work with PASA has focused on providing a modern evaluation process that promotes collaboration, fosters professional growth, and helps leadership teams keep their focus on student success. We are excited to continue this important work into the 2025–2026 school year.”

“PASA’s mission has always been to develop, support, and serve successful school leaders,” said Dr. Sherri Smith, Executive Director of PASA. “SuperEval’s platform supports that mission by giving our members an efficient and effective way to set professional goals, reflect on progress, and engage in meaningful dialogue with their boards. The continuation of this partnership underscores our commitment to equipping our members with the very best tools available.”

“Professional development is most impactful when it’s directly connected to meaningful evaluation and reflection,” said Dr. Michele Balliet, Director of Professional Development at PASA. “SuperEval makes that connection possible by integrating goal setting and evidence collection into a single, user-friendly platform. It’s a valuable resource for our members as they strive for continuous growth in their leadership roles.”

“Our relationship with PASA is rooted in a shared dedication to supporting Pennsylvania’s school leaders,” said Gretchen Restino, Strategic Partnership Executive at SuperEval. “It has been a privilege to work alongside PASA for the past seven years, and we look forward to building on that foundation to help administrators across the Commonwealth achieve their leadership goals.”
