SuperEval Announces New Collaborative Partnership with the Indiana School Boards Association to Support Leadership Evaluation and Governance Excellence

Indianapolis, IN – December 2025

SuperEval, a national leader in online leadership evaluations, is pleased to announce a new collaborative partnership with the Indiana School Boards Association (ISBA) to promote awareness of the SuperEval platform and its research-based approach to superintendent and leadership evaluations across Indiana.

ISBA empowers school boards with the resources needed for highly effective governance, advocacy, and leadership development in support of exceptional K-12 student learning. Through services such as professional development, board retreats, legal consultation, policy guidance, superintendent search support, and regional training, ISBA serves nearly 1,700 school board members across all 290 Indiana school corporations.

As part of this new collaboration, SuperEval and ISBA will work together to highlight the ISBA and Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents (IAPSS) Superintendent Evaluation Benchmarks and Indicators, a comprehensive evaluation instrument that outlines clear expectations across six leadership domains. These benchmarks are now available within the SuperEval digital platform as part of an effort to help boards explore modern, reflective, research-based evaluation practices.

To support this effort, SuperEval is inviting interested school corporations to participate in an Indiana pilot program during the spring semester of this school year. Selected locations will receive a significant pricing discount as early adopters and will be among the first in the state to use the ISBA and IAPSS evaluation instrument through the SuperEval platform.

SuperEval provides an online platform that transforms superintendent and leadership evaluations into reflective, growth-oriented experiences. By integrating the ISBA and IAPSS benchmarks, SuperEval aligns evaluation practices with the expectations and governance needs of Indiana school boards.

ISBA’s Board Services team plays an essential role in supporting school boards through training, policy guidance, and leadership development. The inclusion of the ISBA and IAPSS benchmarks on the SuperEval platform builds upon that foundation.
