SuperEval Enters Strategic Partnership with Montgomery County Intermediate Unit

SuperEval and the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) announced a strategic partnership to offer SuperEval’s online educational leadership evaluation tool to school districts across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Now superintendents, school boards, and central office administrators can conduct reflective and evidence-based evaluations online based on different evaluation rubrics including the PA Framework for Leadership or Objective Performance Standards.
SuperEval facilitates a collaborative web-based evaluation process that promotes continuous improvement and learning, helping school leaders advance annual district goals, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.

For the first time, school leaders across the Commonwealth will be able to conduct evaluations, an important annual legal obligation for superintendents and school boards, online thanks to the partnership. SuperEval provides a rubric that helps school leaders evaluate individual performance and reflect upon achievements, as well as identify areas of improvement in order to grow.
