SuperEval and SOAR Leadership Extend Strategic Partnership to Support Leadership Evaluations

SuperEval is proud to announce the continuation of its strategic partnership with SOAR Leadership, ensuring the ongoing use of the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric (MPPR) and the Multidimensional Leadership Performance Rubric (MLPR) within the SuperEval platform. This collaboration, first established in 2017, has empowered education leaders across New York State and beyond with trusted, research-based evaluation instruments.
The MPPR, a cornerstone of our partnership, is a testament to its effectiveness, being one of the most widely used evaluation rubrics in New York State. It currently guides principal evaluations in more than 73% of NYS school districts. Together, the MPPR and MLPR provide a robust, research-grounded framework for reflection, growth, and leadership goal attainment, now dynamically supported through SuperEval’s digital platform.
