Online Principal and Assistant Principal Evaluations

SuperEval Streamlines the Principal and Assistant Principal Evaluation Processes in 5 Steps:

Step 1: Annual Goals
The principal and the principal evaluator co-create annual goals, specific to their school’s growth and improvement, and align them with performance targets.

Step 2: Principal Self-Evaluation
Central to the evaluation process is the principal’s self-evaluation through a practice of reflection and assembling evidence of practice.

Step 3: Review and Evaluation 
The evaluator reviews the principal’s self-evaluation and conducts his/her own evaluation. The evaluator has the option of starting an evaluation from a “blank form” or to have the evaluation automatically pre-populated with the principal’s rubric responses.

Step 4: Consolidated Evaluation Data
If there are multiple principal evaluators, SuperEval automatically consolidates all of the evaluators’ data into a single evaluation, saving time by eliminating the need to manually collect and organize the data.

Step 5: Proposed Evaluation: Final Review
SuperEval compares the principal and evaluator(s) evaluation(s) providing an excellent catalyst for discussion.

At the conclusion of these steps, the principal (or assistant principal) and the evaluator apply digital signatures to finalize the evaluation. Once the document is signed, SuperEval generates a detailed evaluation for inclusion in a personnel file.
