SuperEval Streamlines Your Central Office Evaluations in 4 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Annual Goals
The administrator and the evaluator co-create goals to align evaluation with performance targets.

Step 2: Administrator’s Self-Evaluation
Central to the evaluation process is the administrator’s self-evaluation. This is accomplished through a practice of reflection, assembling illustrations, and gathering supporting evidence.

Step 3: Administrator Reviewer’s Evaluation
The evaluator reviews the administrator’s self-assessment and conducts his/her own evaluation. The evaluator has the option of starting an evaluation from scratch (using a “blank form”) or using a pre-filled version, which has the evaluation automatically populated with the administrator’s rubric responses.

Step 4: Proposed Evaluation: Final Review
SuperEval compares the administrator’s self-assessment with the evaluator’s assessment, thus providing an excellent catalyst for discussion.

Sign-Off
At the conclusion of these four steps, the administrator and the evaluator apply digital signatures to finalize the evaluation. Once the document is signed, SuperEval generates a detailed evaluation to include in a personnel file.
