SuperEval Platform Updates

New SuperEval Updates/Features (July 2026)

July 14th, 2026

1. Integrated AI Tools

SuperEval now has AI-supported features to deepen reflection, streamline evaluation workflows, and help you save time during your busiest periods. These features support meaningful evaluation by fostering reflective practice, purposeful feedback, and leadership growth. They extend, rather than replace, human leadership, allowing you to focus on the relationships and conversations that matter most. Please visit our revised Help Center support guides that include details about each new feature. Within each guide, look for the sections with the light blue background that include the AI Feature graphic.

2. Board Notebook – Coming Soon!

Board members have a new tool at their disposal to enter notes prior to starting their portion of the superintendent evaluation (or other board-evaluated employee). Notes can even be aligned to specific rubric domains (standards) and/or competencies (performance indicators), allowing the notes to pre-fill your comments in the desired locations when beginning the evaluation in Step 3 (Board Review and Evaluation).

For further information, please visit our Board Notebook Help Center support guide.

3. District Reports – Coming Soon!

SuperEval now offers a robust reporting tool to users with the District Manager role. District Managers can run reports using predefined templates, including user progress reports, final rating reports, principal-specific reports (for NY, PA, and IL), and more for all employees (excluding those evaluated by the board). These reports can be further customized to meet the district’s needs by adding or removing data fields. Alternatively, District Managers can build fully custom reports using any data points from SuperEval that they wish.

For further information, please visit our District Reports Help Center support guide.
