McREL International Leadership Evaluation Frameworks Now Available in SuperEval

The SuperEval Team is pleased to announce three new educational leadership evaluation frameworks from McREL International are now available in SuperEval. These frameworks are part of McREL’s comprehensive evaluation systems derived from research in the field. Each of the frameworks offer clear language of professional practices at various levels of performance.

Each of the frameworks are designed for reflecting on leadership in the following four components:

2. Managing Change
3. Focus of Leadership
4. Management

Each component is followed by elements and descriptors of practices on a leveled rubric.
