Best Practices with Administrator Evaluations: A Panel Discussion: Annual Performance Evaluation is key to retaining high quality educational leaders. GVASCD is pleased to partner with SuperEval to offer a Fall Program focused on best practices with administrator evaluations as a continuous improvement model. Join us as we hear from local Superintendents and Principals on their process for evaluations and how they support, grow and retain leaders in their organization. SuperEval will also present on systems approach for continuous improvement for evaluations. After the panel discussion
participants will engage in round table discussions to network and share best practices.
