What is SuperEval?

Superintendent, school board, principal, and administrator evaluations (including central office, building level, and support positions) are an important annual practice, vital to maintaining a healthy and efficient leadership team. SuperEval facilitates a collaborative web-based evaluation process that promotes continuous improvement and learning, helping school leaders advance annual district goals, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.

Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Future Ready Comprehensive Planning Portal has empowered superintendents and district leaders to create district goals derived from identified areas for district and school improvement.
