“when we do the evaluation process, we actually pull up all of the board’s feedback at one time on a screen.

So, all of the board members have to own what they wrote and everybody can see what everybody wrote in terms of feedback. It’s not so much what they said then because it’s all there and they have to own it, but it becomes a conversation about that particular competency and that makes it so much more deep.”
