“In my former district, were one of the districts that uses a mid-year process as well as an end-of-year review. So, it was nice to be able to spend time in the first half of the school year putting documents and files up for the board to see and use, and then be able to have a conversation surrounding those at mid-year as well as continue that and revise and modify that for the end-of-year.”
