“This is the first year we used SuperEval. The way the program is formatted made it easy to add evidence and the rating marks as the Superintendent. In addition, the Board of Education was able to view my comments and ratings as well as add their own comments and ratings after watching the tutorial video and using the helpful pop up tips that appear on each page. In the past, the Board President would have to compile all of the ratings and comments, but now SuperEval does it for you. SuperEval is an effective evaluation tool that you and your board members will want to try. “
