“Using SuperEval provided the rubric for conversations. It provided me to look at certain areas and actually critique myself. I found that I was critiquing myself even harder or harsher than the board thought I was doing when it came to the job. But it was that back and forth communication when we came to the end of the eval that we’re able to sit down and talk about expectations and things that went good or bad and how we can see improvement and where we want to guide the district as a team.”
