“SuperEval is the way to do superintendent evaluations. It is a robust, dynamic system that allows the superintendent to start building her portfolio on the first day of the school year then add or revise until the Board members contribute their feedback. The ability to incorporate personalized district goals as well as to upload files and links are just two of this program’s many great features. Michael Horning, Jr. went out of his way to ensure the system’s ease of use by providing friendly and helpful telephone and email support including a slideshow that introduces Board members to SuperEval. He was also receptive to suggested adjustments. If you create paperless Board agendas and wonder how you ever did it the old way, you will feel the same way about SuperEval. I give it my highest recommendation. “
