It’s accessible to my board members. It really does a lot of the work for me so it allows me to facilitate dialogue, which is what you really want to happen for the evaluation. And I think the answers are more thoughtful because they’re used to being on a computer instead of handwriting them out ad it’s just a nice way to bring the information together. I love it. I hope everybody uses it.”
