“Perhaps one of the most significant outcomes of using SuperEval is the rich conversations that take place between and among the superintendent and board members. At the end of the process, we were able to engage in deep conversations regarding the role of superintendent and board and the future direction of the school district. Most importantly, the conversations were guided by the evidence (comments and documents) generated as part of the process. The ultimate result is growth, the primary goal of the evaluation process.”
