“I highly recommend it to any of my colleagues. Even if they’re not using it for their own personal evaluation, the ease of value I evaluate my gosh, I don’t even know it’s upwards of 12 to 15 other administrators, myself and the ease the common language that we talk in education, you know, we have our own education speak as they say. And so the evaluation aligns with those expectations and that’s really important that, you know, you, you go, you do so much work with your administrative team on developing those expectations for them and for your teaching staff. and then when you go to evaluate at the end of the year, you use something completely different to do the evaluation, where using SuperEval and the rubrics that are available really helps to make that a much more valuable process for you and for anybody that you’re supervising. “
