“I’m pleased to say SuperEval gave us a mechanism to make sure that my evaluation was done on time. So for the first time in 4 years, this past June, the board followed the contractually agreed upon process and actually met the deadline. I was able to publicly announce and post that process. The other thing that I was particularly was very pleased with with SuperEval was just the nature of the platform itself gave me really good and rich feedback across all six objective performance statements and those key indicators. “
