I think what it surprised me the most was the ease of compiling everything together for our board president. Being a board president is not the glamorous job it may sound like and to be able to allow our board president to get that document done quickly, then read through it, check it, and be able to share it me in a very timely manner is very valuable, especially in this day and age of everybody wants something yesterday.
