SuperEval to Attend the AASA National Conference and NYSCOSS Winter Institute

The team at SuperEval is delighted to announce that they will be attending, presenting, and co-sponsoring two upcoming events this winter – the 2022 AASA National Conference and the 2022 NYSCOSS Winter Institute.

The AASA National Conference on Education

The 2022 AASA Conference on Education takes place on Thursday, February 17 – Saturday, February 19 in Nashville, TN. “AASA is the premier association for school system leaders and serves as the national voice for public education and district leadership on Capitol Hill.” (AASA) With over 3,000 superintendents attending this year’s conference, there is ample opportunity to learn from education thought leaders and discover new ideas to implement in your own school district.

The SuperEval team will be there to share demos and explain how SuperEval can transform your district’s evaluation process. Come find us at Booth #1132 on Thursday, February 17 through Friday, February 18. In addition to being an attendee, SuperEval, is also a co-sponsor of two conference events: The Diverse Leadership Forum/AASA Networking Breakfast will be held on Friday, February 18 from 6:30 am until 8:30 am at the Omni Hotel, and the NY/CT Superintendents’ event will be held on Friday, February 18 from 5:00 pm until 6:30 pm in the Legends Ballroom E&F of the hotel.

The 2022 NYSCOSS Winter Institute

The 2022 NYSCOSS Winter Institute titled, “Creating a Culture of Innovation and Imagination,” will be held Sunday, March 6 through Tuesday, March 8 at the Albany Capital Center in Albany, NY.

SuperEval’s Dr. Michael Horning Jr. will be presenting alongside Dr. Kevin McGowan, Superintendent of Brighton Central School District, and Dr. Jason Andrews, Superintendent of Windsor Central School District on Monday, March 7 in Meeting Room 1B at 2:30 pm. The presentation, “Modeling the Way with School Board Evaluations,” will be an interactive skill-building session on the topic of many public education school boards modeling the way of continuous improvement by employing self-evaluations. Participants will be engaged through various activities including pair and share as well as the use of Thought Exchange.
